Kane poses for a picture in great afternoon sun in the old Maridalen church ruins.

Out for a winter walk, finding a nice place to sit and catch our breath. This is in Maridalen, my favorite forest. This is inspired by a picture I once took of Panter and Ponny, I think it might be in a photo album on this web site; they sit outside a boat house.

My sister Beate remarked that Kane looks so happy in this picture. Basically because I discovered a "burst" function on my iPhone camera app, so I can shoot more pictures faster... He gets pissed off when he has to stand still and pose! Ponny is as always the gentleman, he should have had a great career in the advertising world as a model... Oh, their loss! We plan to have a busy 2012, with lots of competitions and fun and training and courses...!

It's been a lovely winter so far, untill a lot of snow fell these last few days. Ponny doesn't like too deep snow, so we like to find forests where Kane can roam - and where there's a nice path for me and Ponny. Here at Sørkedalen.
